ChamsAccess Service Terminals support transactional card based services, e-commerce, web-browsing and e-mail. It is an electronic self-service and information terminal, which is integrated with software applications to match various customer needs. ChamsAccess Service solutions include:

Utility Bill Payments – Utility bill payments for various applications can be carried out on the service terminal. These include payment of school fees, Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) bills, Water Rates, Custom Duties, Government Taxes and Dues etc.

Internet Access – The service comes with Internet connectivity via a mix of access technologies (DSL, VSAT, Wi-Fi etc)

Multimedia e-mail – The terminal comes with a digital camera, which facilitates sending pictures and audio via the Internet

Recharge Card Vending – Telephone recharge card vouchers for all the mobile telecommunication operators could be purchased and pin numbers printed out through the service

Information Portal – This service allows information to be loaded onto the terminals for specific needs. Custom specific information can be posted on the portal for the use of the public

Airline Ticketing & Reservation – e-tickets, which offer savings on airline reservation could also be purchased through the service as well as general tickets used in stadia, cinemas etc.

Branding– The service comes with advert options, which allows for video and audio adverts when it is not in use.  There are four branding options which are:

Online Banking – A number of banking transactions can be carried out on the terminals online, real time without having to visit the bank
