The Chief Executive Officer for ChamsAccess Ltd has over 18 Years experience in the Information Technology Industry specializing in developing, design and deployment of enterprise solutions in the banking and e-payment sector.

He joined Chams Plc as General Manager responsible for ChamsMobile Ltd and later seconded to take over ChamsAccess Ltd.

He has contributed and nursed various Projects within the Chams Plc group, in a both Strategic and Advisory Nature. Examples are the Chamsswitch Implementation, ChamsMobile, and Chams DataCenter Implementation.

He led a re-engineering process in ChamsAccess as a Strategic Business unit for Chams Plc for a period of 6 months, which culminated in it being ceded out as a subsidiary of Chams Plc in January 2009. Prior to joining Chams Group, he held various Project & Program Director Roles within the Banking & IT sector in the UK, notable among which is the Infrastructure & Disaster Recovery Implementation for the Millennium Dome Project, The Intelligent Cheque Clearing System for a Consortium of Banks and The Pre- Provisioning and Virtualization of Unix Infrastructure in Lloyds Tsb.

A graduate of Social Sciences from the University of Lagos, he is a Microsoft Certified Practitioner and holds a Prince 2 Certification in Project Management amongst others.

He has attended various advanced management program and possesses experience in the areas of strategic management, risk analysis, marketing, IT infrastructure management, delivery, change management, business process re-engineering, service delivery, banking and audit regulatory guidelines such as Basel 2 and SOX.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of numerous companies including Alternate Energy Solutions Limited, SG2 UK Ltd, TAGS Konsult and a member of the IT advisory Board for Chartwell & Sadlers Solicitors.  

Blessed with a Wife and 2 Children, he is a Trustee of the Higher Ground Church and loves to play squash and golf as recreational sports.

- Divisional Head,Business Development and Marketing.
His duties include articulating long-term sustainability for the ChamsAccess Service Terminals and ATM’s.
Prior to joining ChamsAccess, he had been engaged with Skye Bank, Computer Systems and Associates and Softworks (a Telnet Company) in a variety of roles, including Banking Operations, International Support, Client Engagement and Business development.
He has a first degree in Chemical Sciences and an M.Sc in International Finance from the Lagos State University as well as having attended major courses locally and internationally.

- Divisional Head, Human Resources and Corporate Services.
Her areas of responsibility cover Corporate Services, Human Resources Development, Public Relations, Legal Matters, Logistics and Administration.

YO as she is fondly called is an energetic, confident, resourceful, God motivated and proactive woman. Her goal is “to be relevant in my generation and generations after me”. She is a Barrister at Law, Advanced Diploma in Maritime Law from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff, Wales in the UK.
Prior to her joining ChamsAccess Limited she worked with Reed Personnel Services, London, England as an Administration Assistant/ Recruitment Consultant and RUID Ventures Limited where she was Managing Consultant with clients such as United Nations, New Nigerian Foundation, Bromley Associates Limited, Padmodzi Sports Marketing Limited, Sharon Properties Limited and Ziklagsis Networks Limited,etc.

Then on her coming back to Nigeria she has worked with Trinity Corporate FSH Ltd as the Chief Operating Officer, Straits Limited a sister company to Adstract BMC where she was a partner; with NSL Lotteries Management Company Limited where she led the Administration Unit, Vic Lawrence & Associates Limited as the Group Head Business Development, British American Tobacco Company (BAT) as the Head of Administration & Facilities Manager.
Her personal mantra is “being led by Jesus is the best decision I ever made”.

- Divisional Head, Finance and Accounts.
He is a Chartered Accountant with over 21 years experience in Government Parastatals, Educational Institutions, and Manufacturing/FMCG, Aviation, Telecoms and IT industries.

He had his HND in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic of Ado-Ekiti and did his MBA program in the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ibadan Centre. His qualifications include: ACA, AMNIN, CERT. (DP&M).

His keys strengths are: Strategic Planning, Control and Management, Revenue Assurance, System and Financial Controls, Process and Change Management Accounting. He is a member of the Golf Club, Ibadan.
He is married with children, loves adventures and indoor games. His outlook to life is that life is God’s gift, live simple and be disciplined and he believes in service to humanity.

- Technical Manager, ATM and Cast.
He has an experience that spans over 14 years in Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Industry (Banking). He has a diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering and an advanced diploma in Hardware Maintenance.
He is married, loves visiting new places, playing shuttle cork, carem board, chess and photography.

- Technical Manager, CAST and Deployment
He is responsible for the critical role in business operations by providing long standing technical knowledge with project management acumen that is pragmatic in approach to solutions required by ChamsAccess clients within the service arenas that is strategic and cost effective at specified timelines.

His duties encompass long term business needs guarded by simplicity and reliability without the fear of losing continuity of service and risk management of the CAST (ChamsAccess Service Terminals) and ATMs (manufactured by King Teller) in the face of everyday competition and advancement in technology.

Before joining ChamsAccess, he has garnered over 19years working experience with various organizations at different levels and roles including ITS Management support, Data Centre design and implementation, IT Infrastructure Service Assurance and Lifecycle, Business Impact Analysis whilst working with United Nations Office on Drugs and Crimes_ITS, Boeing and Green Heights, Harlesden Ventures, First Bank Nig. Plc

He is a professional Member of the British Computer Society and Project Management Institute and currently running an M.Sc program in SBIT (Strategic Business Information Technology) at the University of Portsmouth UK
