ChamsAccess Service Terminal (CAST) solutions:
1. Bill Payments – Utility bills payments for various applications can be carried out on the service terminal. These bills include school fees, electricity bills, water rates, subscription fees, rent payment, custom duties, government taxes and dues etc. Transactions are done by electronically transferring funds from the user’s card and lodged into the receiver’s bank account (i.e. service provider) while this transaction is simultaneously confirmed at the utilities provider terminal. The utilities providers’ receipt is printed from the ChamsAccess Terminal at the end of the transaction as evidence of payment for the customer. ChamsAccess Service Terminal makes 24/7 bills payment services possible at an unparallel convenience to the user.
2. Internet Access – The service comes with Internet connectivity via a mix of access technologies (DSL, VSAT, Wi-Fi etc) to enable easy browsing and sending of quick e-mails.
3. Multimedia e-mail – The terminal comes with a digital camera, which facilitates sending pictures and audio via the Internet.
4. Recharge Card Vending – Telephone recharge vouchers for all the mobile telecommunication operators can be purchased and pin numbers printed out through the service.

2.Bills Payment: Available to all customers who register for online banking. Through e-pay, customers can receive, review and pay their bills online.
3.New FD/RD Request: Online request can be made for a Fixed Deposit or a Recurring Deposit.
4.Demand Draft/Pay Order: Online request for Pay Order can be made via the terminal.
